Call for Artist


The first annual Winterplay Festival, organized by Events Wood Buffalo would like to include an exhibit of artworks created by local artist.

    Hi Connor !
    This is to say trillions of thank you for fantabulous artwalk at winterplay fest. Mrs. Colleen and I had a great time painting and sketching together. I made two sketeches and my teachers from school and centenial pool, all visited me. My friends were there too. I got an offer for my paintings from Mr. Tony. Mrs. colleen also got a big offer for her painting. My painting needs little touch up. with this donation I will be close to my fundraising goal. I started painting the mini version of the indian bride.

    Hi Ron and Daksha,

    I'm so happy you had a good time at the Art Walk - wow you got an offer, you're on your way now Mr. I wish you all the luck on your fundraising goal.

    We owe our success to the helpful and dedicated staff from the MacDonald Island and the passion and drive of our local artists.

    I hope we can offer many more opportunites like this one in the near future. We'll be opening the Haxton Centre this week, and Open Studio will have its first class next week on Tuesday March 23rd - from 5:30 - 7:30pm - I hope to see you there!
